StartEngine to Release Full-Year 2021 Financial Results Soon

Chapter 1: Upcoming Financial Announcement
StartEngine has announced that it will soon publish its audited financial results for the entire year of 2021. While preliminary figures indicate around $25 million in revenue for the first eleven months, this official report is highly anticipated. Given that December was particularly strong, it is probable that the final total will exceed the $25 million threshold. Estimates had previously suggested a potential revenue of $27 million for the year, which seems likely. December typically sees a surge in fundraising activity as companies aim to conclude their capital raises by the year's end.
In my view, the most intriguing aspect of this announcement will be Howard Marks addressing questions. So far, the initial quarter has shown promise, but the recent months have left shareholders feeling dissatisfied due to a lack of substantial updates. Notably, Secondary unexpectedly delisted all its companies, and despite having a fundraising campaign live for over a week, it has attracted less than $1 million. This, coupled with a decline in trust, suggests a worrisome trend for the platform since the beginning of the year.
